I ordered a couple of things from Fifijoy it was okay. The prices were good, which is what made me try it in the first place, but the quality was a bit hit or miss. One item was perfectly fine, the other felt cheaper than I expected. I did message support about it and they basically said something like, “Thanks for letting us know, we’ll pass the feedback along,” which was polite enough, just not super helpful. Overall, not a terrible deal if you’re mainly shopping for the low prices, but I wouldn’t expect anything amazing...

My order showed up with everything I picked, and nothing was missing. I did take a minute to go through it all just to make sure, but yeah, everything checked out fine.

I reached out to customer service by email it was like shouting into the void. No one ever replied, no follow-up, nothing. I kept waiting for some kind of response, but it never came.

I ordered from fifijoy.com thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, since I wasn’t in a huge rush but also didn’t expect to be waiting around forever. The shipping ended up being really slow, and the tracking barely updated, which made it more annoying because I kept checking it while having my morning coffee. The product was okay once it finally arrived, but the long wait definitely made the whole experience frustrating

Yeah, it was mostly like the photos showed... the only thing is the color looked just a tiny bit different in person. But overall, accurate.

The delivery was a mess. They gave me a timeframe, then my order ended up taking way longer than that, and the tracking was basically useless most of the time. I kept having to just sit there and be patient because there was nothing else to do, which was really frustrating. I even had to contact support twice just to figure out what was going on. I don’t think I’d order again because the delivery just isn’t dependable.

My order arrived after about two weeks, which was fine. I really liked how the item looked in the photos, and it is cute in person too, but the fabric felt a bit thinner than I was expecting.

After the first wash, I noticed some stitching starting to come loose near the sleeve. It still fits and is wearable, so it’s not a total loss, but I’m not sure how well it will hold up over time.

Overall, it’s not a bad purchase, and I do like the style. I just wish the quality felt a little better for the price, so I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

I tried ordering from fifijoy.com on my phone, and it was kind of a pain. The site felt clunky, like pages took forever to load, product photos lagged, the cart page dragged, and even simple buttons like “add to cart” or “checkout” were weirdly hard to tap.
The menu also kept jumping around, so finding basic stuff like size info, shipping details, and product options took way longer than it should have. I did eventually get through checkout, but between the slow loading, awkward tapping, shifting menu, and general messiness, it just wasn’t a smooth experience. 2 stars from me.
